How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with a credit/debit card via Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@herbeautytips.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely through Stripe.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Express shipping: 1–2 business days. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Are your products cruelty-free?

Use our Track Order page. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
I received a damaged item — what do I do?
